Life

At McMaster, we understand that an individual's personal and professional life cannot always be distinctly compartmentalized. It’s extremely difficult to balance work and family life and we strive to build a sense of community among co-workers by creating opportunities for employees' families to come together in and outside of the office. Events like spirit days, holiday celebrations, sporting events and family outings help employees decompress.
